Q: Do I need to know how
to line dance?

A: Absolutely not! Part of the fun is learning! All levels or dance experience are welcome so feel free to come if you already know how to line dance, because when else do you get a chance to dance with your little one while meeting other Moms!

Q: What age are the babies?

A: The babies should be at least 6 weeks old before the class starts. This ensures the babies have some neck control and Mom can start exercising at this point too. Remember, Moms should always consult their physician prior to beginning any fitness routine.

Q: What should I wear
to the class?

A: Comfortable clothes and shoes! Cowboy boots are optional, BUT running shoes are probably more practical! Your baby will be in the carrier and you may get hot, so it is suggested you wear layers. Please also bring some water for yourself and anything your baby requires.

Q: What if I don't like
country music?

A: The music will be fun and upbeat, from all areas of music (dance, modern rock, new country, etc.) so you won't be able to help but stomp your feet!!

Q: How much does it cost
and how long is the class?

Each session is six 45 minute classes. The cost is $70 per session. Discounts for groups of 2 or more.

Q: Are Mom's the only ones that can enjoy Boot Scootin' Baby?

Heck no! Moms, Dads, Grandparents and care givers all can participate in the class. All of the above are more than welcome to come watch the classes too!
